What's the fascination i will never understand

yeah this is the little fountain i was telling you about.. ok. so the water can spurt high up to maybe my waist level... and then go really low like the one in the picture. what i am puzzled is this area is a business area, where do these kids come from? i mean.. there are no changing rooms around, i dun see any nursery school here as well. but there are always so many kids prancing around the water in the swimming costumes. amazing! well, its nice to see kids screaming and having a ball in the sun, but seriously.... WHERE DO THEY COME FROM?
