London sight seeing

That's us. I finally got a pic with Big Ben. church is near Big Ben, kinda take it for granted walking by all the time. anyway, had titus take a pic for us.

so cindy met me after service and the 4 of us went about sight seeing... so in order, we went by House of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, St James' Park, Horse Guard Palace, Downing Street, Trafalgar Sq then spent some time in National Gallery.

Cindy was really impressed by the paintings. We saw Van Gogh's Sunflower... i think my papa can draw better la ! =) Then the painting by Leonardo Da Vinci with Virgin Mary. the painting featured in the movie/book Da Vinci code. Realised the gallery is pretty well stocked... and its free to enter. There were the usual Monet, Carravagio and many more. Cindy wanna go back and see somemore during the week. =)

The guys then left and we walked towards Covent Garden before walking back to leicester sq for dinner....
Oh Covent garden is really nicely lit up for christmas. this pic does not do justice to the deco. it feels like Narnia when i walk through Apple Market behind me!

it was an action packed weekend.. i am sooo tired now...

by the way... this is a classic pic.... titus is infamous for not smiling in pic and i finally got a candid one of him smiliing ..... small victory for yileen.... whahah....
