We departed BCN and it was quite a scare for us. The airport we were supposed to fly out from is 1.5 hrs away from BCN actually, hence the tickets were so cheap! 151 pounds with tax for 3! anyhow, we took a bus from the airport when we arrived and we were expecting to do that as well. we were even sure to check with the hotel to confirm the station and things like that. but when we got there, there was no bus going to the airport. seriously! after pulling out luggage to try to get the train, not enough time to haggling with silly taxi drivers who wanted to rip us off, we ended up in a cab there, which costs us, yup, 150 euro... what can i say? it was eventful, but we made it home safe.
the next day, we took our time and slowly walked around Regent street and then to Alex's place for dinner! Obviously he cooked for all of us! as impressed as ever and even more so, his creme brulee.
Valerid, you think his cheese cake is nice. you have not tasted his creme brulee man!! its da bomb!
