today was devoted to pals from MGS. my beloved alma mater. we knew each other since 1993. we were in the same class then. we did the craziest stuff and to date, we still bring those unmentionable moments in our conversation sometimes. but as we grow older, we progressed. we talked about who got married and who got kids and stuff like that. amazingly, in my group, only angie is about to get hitched. the rest of us are still happily single. haha. to the amazement to ru's mum. she did ask why none of us are married yet. dunno... still having fun i guess. =)
tea progressed from coffee club to lorna's house to finally meet her beloved. Dozie. Not sure if i got his name right.... he is a cutie la.... he would lift his paw to shake your hand when you ask him 'how are you doing?' and he with much effort would stand up to give a high 5 when lorna asks. =)
to illustrate how long we have known each other... let's just say, all our dogs we all had when we met have all passed on. ha... morbid but its the truth.
this is Doze. he is 5 and he is a drooler! hehe
after lorna's, i trooped to my grandma's house before being fetched to have my family reunion dinner at long beach restaurant. dinner was nice as i got to see the rest of my family. there was 18 of us in total. yup, its a village.
after dinner was back home to do any last minute spring cleaning.... i fell asleep exhausted around 2am!
*yawn*
did i mention this trip is all about the below.
1. no time for jet lag
2. coffee is essential
3. sleep is not neccessary.
