sunday started with a tour around westminster area, such as Big Ben, Houses of Parliament and the Abbey before heading for church service. we then rushed out to have lunch with dear alex and walked him to work. we 2 then head off in the sweltering heat to spitalfields market again. but i reckon the highlight of my day was going to bricklane!! met up with jason who brought us to his fav haunt! hehe. bought boxes of grapes, aubergines, bananas and tomatoes for 1 pound each!!! i had to take a pic of this RBS temperature counter! it showered 35 degrees!!!!! i doubt it, but well... heeheh. it was really hot in london today! how hot was it? let's just say i was walking really slowly and after lunch i had to pop in 2 panadols as i got a headache from the heat. the forecasted temp is actually around 27 degrees. dun ask me how i managed singapore's heat for 27 years... i dunno man! sheesh...
