Chai Tow Kueh!!!

ai yo. this chai tow kueh is sooo nice. =) Irene was so nice to packed her homemake mooli cake in a box along with chai por and even a few stalks of spring onions! and all i had to do was to crack a couple of eggs while cooking it...

sooooo nice. white carrot cake is one of the few items i miss when i am in london. everything else, i can probably get here too. umm, i am able to cook meepok, well, at least somewhat like meepok. but to make the carrot cake is a feat. and to have this all nice and hot in front of me for breakfast with my mami on tuesday! it was such a treat!
