for those who remembered this show in singapore. yup. they have it here as well! but the 3 airlines were TWA (USA), Luthansa (German), Alitalia (Italian).

Its about a playboy who juggles 3 different air stewardesses as they fly different routes. brilliant acting by the maid of the house. and the 2 lead man wins all! both of them gets to kiss all 3 girls. and mind you, not those peck on the cheek or lip kiss. it is lip-sucking kinda kiss on stage! and every day and night they do the show. what can i say, there are perks in acting! hehe

the show is pretty ok. funny, but i preferred the singapore version when pam oei was the cathay pacific stewardess. her cantonese slang is the bomb! hehe. emma yong was from JAL. i cannot remember the last airline.

just googled boeing boeing singapore and the last airline was SIA, and the actress playing it is not the usual one we see on stage. just had to confirm my thoughts. what are we to do without internet?

anyway, the tickets were complimentary and the seats were right at the top. you thought the esplanade seats are steep, ha, you should have seen this theatre, it was heart-stopping! but since its complimentary .... people in singapore should be so lucky to know that the seats we have in any theatre and cinema beats London's any time. soooo spacious. the theatres here are really old and if you can imagine Capitol theatre before it shut down. yup... that's LOndon theatre for you! and tickets here are 9 pounds! so STOP complaining!
