finally the weekend came...

These are my cell group members. From left, Weichin, Allan, Roland, Keen Ming and Jeanette. Started the day with Dim Sum lunch near Baker Street, followed by coffee at Oxford St with gang, then went to meet up with the boys during their lunch/tea at Chinese Experience.

I was at Ikea 2 weeks back and bought Alex 3 mice... cuz it reminded me of his ordeal with catching his mickey mouse in his home. haha...

after Chinese Experience, we went to catch some fire works by the north bank... its the Lord Mayor show. i was not that impressed by the fireworks, i think singapore's national day fireworks surpasses anything i have ever seen in my life.

after the fireworks, we walked to Covent Garden to check out Paul Frank store where everything was 50% off. I wanted to get a jumper with paul frank in front, but lenny already bought it the other day.... and i will not be his twin. hehe... i din get it.

anyway, we ended up at a games arcade in Trocadero. had a friendly bowling game where yours truly won! =) woo hoo! Girl Power! then proceeded to try to win as many tickets from kiddy machines to exchange for something. Alex was very happy with all the tickets we won! =)

oh oh oh, Jon successfuly cleared 3 stage learning how to fly a plane at the arcade too... all of us were feigning to be noisy passengers while he played. hilarious.

Ended the day with dinner at Kulu Kulu for sushi... oh gosh, i really miss eating sushi man! I am so glad I had such a nice day out.... to enjoy daylight ( sun sets at 4.30pm!!) and not to think about work. Work has been nightmarish with a product which my company just launched. everyday is a mad rush. but i guess positively speaking, i am value adding to myself, hence i am at the end of it all, happy. =) so i guess i will press on....
