Last Saturday, i went for free london blue badge tour around london. it was a really nice walk around london bridge with jeanette and keenming. it was actually a nursery ryhme tour. 1st stop was near london bridge and the guide had us singing to the London bridge is falling down song. actually the ryhme was never for children it is usually sang by men in taverns when they are drunk. ha. instead of complaining by talking previously, they make ryhmes. oh well..
london bridge as we see it, is the 4th one. the 1st was burnt down, the 2nd on destroyed and the 3rd one in USA. ha. bought by a silly american who thought london bridge is tower brdige. bet you din know that. the current one is only about 30 yrs old.
anyway, it was a nice walk. walked to places i have never otherwise been.
and we were introduced to london's 1st coffee shop. i will definitely go back some day for a drink!
