arrived in vienna and took a bus to my hostel without any problems in vienna.... then on my way to Belvedere Museum via tram, decided to eat the famous Viennese hot dog. which i think is so cool. they will pierce the baguette with this pokey thingy and then squeeze ketcup and mustard into it and stuff the sausage into it. then with the top bit of the baguette sliced off, they will kinda stuff it in another way ... hard to explain, do check out the pic! =) it was yum!
then i saw the famous painting by Gustav Klimt - the kiss. Judith was also featured. I dun think the entire collection is there. cuz they are on exhibition in..... LONDON!!!!!! argh. fed up!
after Belvedere, i walked around Vienna and passed the Butterfly conservatory... and i decided, why not. i always quite like butterflies anyway. but once i got in there. goodness. it was asia temperature of 33 degree! wahhh. not kidding. sweltering heat man! how to go back to singapore like that. 23 degree already i complaining like mad!
Next up, as I was walking along the Hofburg, realised they made the area a Wien Fan club area and watched like 20 sec of the Spain vs Sweden game! bet i have pple hurling insults at me for not watching the game while i am in austria! hehe

Check out the body painted chick (in german flag) scooting around town! sheesh. she has guts. i cower in admiration... since i had time and nothing much planned for the evening, i was sold tickets to a Mozart & Strauss Konzerte with tehe Imperial Orchester of Wien. It was a 2 hour show with a 6 piece orchestra. There was opera singing and ballet as well. it was quite delightful i would say. i really enjoyed that evening's show. apart from some friendly indians sitting in front of me who kept taking pics with flash! argh. Excellent! *roll eyes*
