Woke up on Saturday and we were all undecided about the weather! it was alternating between dark clouds and sunny blue skies!!! anyhow, we pressed on and decided to try for BBQ at Lenny's Secret Garden. Thinking aloud, it is probably going to be the last time we have a BBQ at the Secret Garden! *boo*
anyway, we had a fantastic time =) well, of coz, the chef performed magic in the really tiny kitchen. We had to innovate with what we have but Chef and I (Sous Chef for the day!!woo Hoo!), we made it. Success!
After BBQ and cleaning up the flat. haha. * Val: those green kermit gloves are cool!! we played tai di. the winner was alex, but as the price was the extra cheesecake which alex will not touch, I got 2 portion of handmade cheesecake! yum! but i cannot stuff another bite, so the boys enjoyed it instead!
it was my 1st relaxing saturday in months! every weekend since May has been jam packed with activities. I do enjoy this breather of not doing much! =)
