East London Printing Exhibition

I was invited to a Open House of the East London Printing Exhibition last sat, 28 Jun. a colleague of mine does etching and i thought i would go and take a look. it was such an interesting workshop. i might do some printing courses! i am never good at painting, more 'crafty' person! hehe

anyway, this is my linocut print. i of course did not do the print. i just apply ink over and roll the machine to print it on paper. =)

What i am more impressed was the Collograph. you basically, create a template with anything you can find, pieces of string, nets, sand bits to create a texture and then apply ink and then print it. I was very impressed... never knew collograph exised!
